Four Star Sight-Reading and Ear Tests:

by Boris Berling, published by Frederick Harris Music, Ontario, Canada.

This is a graded series providing short, daily ear training and sightreading assignments for students in pre-grades through late elementary/early intermediate. I find that the exercises are short enough that most students will do them, and follow good sightreading
rules. Even if they don't practice them at home, they are short enough to insert into the lesson each week.
